OMG, its here...July is really here! It feels weird not posting my monthly training plan. :( I have one more official run day tomorrow. An easy 2 miles. Nothing too crazy. I will also be finishing up my 30 Day Squat Challenge as well. Hard to believe I stuck with it. My legs look so toned from it. :) Next up is my 30 Day Ab challenge.. yay!
