Monday started week 1 of my training. So far it just feels like a normal week for me. I imagine it will get a little bit harder as I progress. I am definitely up for the challenge though! :)
A long with that program, I am doing the 30 day ab challenge. That's definitely a work out. I usually do it after my runs or work outs. I am slowly starting to see a little results. :)
I hope to do a recap of the previous training week at the beginning of each new week.
Do you have any races you are currently training for? If so, how is it going?

ReplyDeleteI have a 5K in a couple of weeks, a 10 miler in October and a half marathon in December. Training is ok. I had to take a bit of a break due to surgery, so I'm starting to get back into it.
